Meet Our Practice Staff
Anne-Marie Griffiths
Practice Manager
Anne-Marie joined the practice in 2009. She comes from outside the veterinary world but has always had a passion for animals and their welfare and is enjoying the opportunity of working in this field. Bringing with her many years of customer service and management experience, Anne-Marie’s key focus is to ensure the smooth running of the practice and that all clients and their pets receive the best level service and care at all times. Anne-Marie lives with her husband Tim and her very large and spoilt cat George!

Donna Benton
Receptionist
Having joined Forest House in 1990, Donna is our longest-serving member of staff! As a receptionist at our Windsor surgery it’s the perfect job for Donna as it combines her love of animals and working with people. Donna is also responsible for small animal insurance claims. Donna lives in Old Windsor and is married to Neil, since their wedding in Tobago in 2003.

Jill Reynolds
Receptionist
Jill has been at the Egham surgery since Valentine’s Day 1994 – an auspicious date marking the start many happy years with Forest House. The job combines Jill’s liking for animals and people. Now, her daughters have grown up the split shifts Jill shares with Kathy allow time for her to pursue her leisure interests of gardening, furniture restoration and fundraising for charities and the local church.

Kathy Shepherd
Receptionist
Kathy joined the practice in October 2005 and works in our Egham branch. She is a busy mum of three with her eldest son now serving in the British Army. She also lives with rescue Newfoundland PJ. When time permits her hobby is horse riding.

Clare Scott
Receptionist
Clare joined Forest House in September 2001 and works as a receptionist at the branch surgery in Ascot. She likes to keep fit and goes to the gym several times a week. Angel is her collie-cross who she got from Binfield Dog Rescue when Angel was ten months old. She also owns a rabbit called Stella and surprisingly her pets get on very well together! Clare is Mum to Evie born in July 2009 and lives with her partner Bernie.

Debbie Goodchild

Debbie joined Forest House in June 2003 to deal with the accounts and work on reception. As a child she always wanted to be a vet but she says she never quite got there! Debbie enjoys her job very much as she gets to meet some great pets and it fits in with her family commitments too. She lives in Old Windsor with her husband David and her three children – Tom, Lauren and Lewis – as well as three cats (Fela, Saffie and Alfie) and three budgies (Zola, Woody and Buzz).

Receptionist
Alison joined Forest House in August 2011. Alison comes from a retail background so she has lots of customer service experience and always puts the customers needs first. She also loves animals and lives with her husband, her dog Eva and her cat Sophie.

John Bird
Handyman
After a long career with the AA John joined the Forest House team in June 2009 as our handyman. John can turn his hand to anything so looks after the maintenance of the building and garden areas at all three practices. In his spare time John enjoys mountain biking, photography and building computers. He is married and has a boxer called Merlin.

Yaina Davies
Accounts Administrator
Yaina joined Forest House in November 2011 as our Accounts Administrator. Yaina comes from a strong administrative background and enjoys working at Forest House as she loves animals and likes working in this environment. Yaina lives with her husband and sons Ethan and Ashton.
