We understand your pets are part of your family, and, just like you, keeping them safe and well during this time is equally important to the team at Forest House.
Due to the current Government and RCVS restrictions, we have had to make some changes to the way we operate which are detailed below.
We do want to reassure you however that we continue to be here if you need us, 24 hours a day.
Temporarily our Ascot and Egham branches are closed and all services are being provided by a team at our Windsor Hospital
Our opening times for phone enquiries on 01753 858877 and food and medication orders and collection are as follows:
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Saturday 9am to midday
- Sunday 10am to 11am
- Outside of these times, if you have an emergency please call 01753 865669

Where possible, we are carrying out telephone consultations and may ask you to email a photograph.
Telephone consultations will be chargeable.
If we feel your pet needs to be seen, we will book you an appointment to visit the practice.

If you are visiting the practice for an appointment or collection, please do so during the times mentioned above.
When you arrive, please call us or press the intercom.
Please do not enter the practice.
Someone will come out to you.
We are observing social distancing measures at the practice.
Pet Healthcare Plan – All flea and worm treatments included under the plan can be ordered using the methods listed above.
Health checks and vaccinations have been temporarily suspended but will be honoured when it is safe to return to normal services.
We are able to offer puppy and kitten vaccination courses please register online and then we will contact you to arrange an appointment.
As we are only able to provide an emergency and urgent care service, booster vaccinations cannot be carried out until further notice.
Our reminders have therefore been temporarily suspended.
We will send out a reminder to all that have been missed when we are back to normal service.
- Medication and Food orders – please order these, including flea, tick and worm treatments around a week before they are due.

If you prefer to order by phone, please avoid first thing in the morning as our telephone lines are often busy with urgent enquiries.
When your order is ready, we will call to let you know and take payment over the phone.
Prescriptions can be posted but there is a charge for this as they have to be sent recorded delivery.
Free delivery can be offered for local clients if collection is not possible.
If you no longer require food or medication you have ordered, please let us know.
For the protection of our staff and clients, we are operating with a much smaller team than usual working on alternate days.
We are all working hard to continue to provide the best service we can in difficult circumstances.
Please bear with us if we cannot answer your queries immediately or if it takes a little longer to answer the telephone.
