Lockdown 3.0 Opening times and appointments
Appointments are available at our branches in Windsor, Ascot and Egham.

If you are shielding, we shall still offer a telephone consultation and may ask you to email a photograph.

Telephone consultations will be chargeable. If we then feel your pet needs to be seen, we will book you an appointment to visit the practice or arrange collection of your pet.

Visiting the practice
Please make our team aware if you or a member of your household is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms if an appointment is booked.

On arrival, please call us from your vehicle or press the intercom to let us know you are here. Please do not enter the practice unless advised to do so.

Due to social distancing measures at the practice, our consultations may operate slightly differently to normal and, where possible, discussions will take place in the car park.
Vaccinations
We are able to proceed with some booster vaccinations. We will contact you to advise when these can be booked but please contact your usual branch if you have any queries regarding this.
Medication and food orders
Please order flea, tick and worm treatments and other repeat medication a week in advance of when they are due. Where possible, place orders via our online food and drug ordering service, or by emailing info@foresthousevets.com

When your order is ready, we will call to let you know and take payment.

Prescriptions can be posted but there is a charge for this service, as they have to be sent recorded delivery. Free delivery can be offered for local clients who are shielding or in exceptional circumstances.

All flea and worm treatments included under the Pet Healthcare Plan can be ordered using the methods listed above.
